Billy's Downtown Deli Breakfast Menu

The Skillet 10.50

We caramelize onions, bell peppers, corned beef, and a few hot peppers in a skillet. On that we put fresh shredded potatoes and cook till crispy. On top of that we place a slice of smoked ham, two eggs, two rashers of bacon, some cheddar cheese and our special seasoning. To finish we pop the skillet in the oven and then serve it with toast, jam and our sweet chili sauce.

Huevos Rancheros 9.75

We start with a warm fajita topped with our chili, chopped lettuce, tomato, bell & hot peppers, black olives, two eggs, cheddar cheese and seasoning. Then it's baked for a few minutes and served with our sweet chili sauce.
